Next Goal (#6 if I'm right)

Hi all,

We had a meeting on monday (check the minutes on the web site) and one
of the things we agreed on is the next goal.

As a remember, a goal is something to focus on during a 2 week period,
it could be a development or not, with all the good will welcomed.

This new goal is about rating picture.

Cosme already did some things on that field during this summer but don't
have too much time right now, so he send me his work so far.

Hi asked Bengt to take care of the background things, like XMP
read/write and db storage and he already sent me his first steps. WAWWW.

I will try to integrate all that in one basic patch this evening so
everyone can have a look at it, review, make suggestions, write some
missing code... in one word, participate to the achievement of this
goal.
