Smaller Tag View/Icons

Hey,

I was just wondering if people could try out the updated patch at [1]
for smaller tag icons[2] (goal #4). The latest patch modifys the
appearance of the query bar slightly, and because of said
modifications I think some furthur discussion and testing is going to
be required before this makes it in.
