Goal #4

As decided at the last meeting, the goal #4 is out and goes like this:

- Focus on bug 321025 - Smaller Tag Views/Icons
( http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=321025 ): 
There's already a patch for this and some reviews. Needs more reviews,
tests and comments.

- Use all the free time left by this small goal to:
  - be social
  - comment and test on the query branch and on the plugin patch

as usual, we need you all to achieve this !
