Plugin canditates depend on 345395 ?

Hi

To make it easier to keep track of all the current plug-in candidates in
our bugzilla list, would it be possible to mark them as dependent on
345395 [1]  (which is the plug-in support bug).

This as a temporary measurement until we can get a new component for plugin

Makes it easier to find all plugin candidates later...
