Gentoo CVS ebuild

For those using Gentoo and interested in f-spot development, I've
written an ebuild which compiles and installs the current CVS version,
and eventually patches it with the latest goal patch. I will try to
keep this ebuild up to date with the mailing list.

Actually it contains the patch for bug 344361 - Select new photo
repository from the command line.
