You can get the differences between the branch and HEAD with

cvs diff -u -r HEAD -r F_SPOT_QUERY f-spot

(w/ appropriate changes for anonymous access)

That doesn't show you the new files (TagQueryWidget, QueryWidget, and
TagQueryMenu).
