f-spot goal #1: near-end review

To all, involved in the first informal F-Spot goal, Thanks.

The fixed due date was today, but we can't close it totally (yet). We
reached something like 110% of the objectives, since we did a lot more
(support for internalionalized tags and locales, ...).

Why we can't close it yet ?
* some minor drawback discovered this morning and fixed by Bengt (who
did the main part of the coding job for this goal).
* bengt wanted to polish to make it shiny
* Larry will make at least a short review of it soon

So, what can you do for this goal ?
* test it again and report if you're able to crash it
* focus on the goal #2
