SemWeb.dll missing causing crash!

Hi

Just configured and installed the latest CVS version, and it crashed
directly on me when I double clicked a photo.
After I copied the SemWeb.dll assembly to /usr/local/lib/f-spot (in
Ubuntu) everything worked fine again.

Should I raise a BUG on this one?
