I would be wondering if somebody encounter this problem. I have beagle
and tomboy on my desktop. They start and at the beginning of the
session and are in memory during whole session. So, when I start f-spot
it works but after I return from edit or full screen mode to browse
mode f-spot freezes. It doesn't respond and doesn't redraw itself. That
is what started with mono framework

I have mono-1.1.9.2 installed:
* dev-lang/mono
Available versions: 1.0.5-r5
1.1.8.3 ~1.1.9.1 ~1.1.9.2
Installed:
1.1.9.2
Homepage:

Description: Mono
runtime and class libraries, a C# compiler/interpreter
Actually I had
1.1.8.3 but beagle and tomboy required
1.1.9.2 version.
Probably something buggy in this version of mono. After
inspection I determined that even if beagle and tomboy not started
f-spot doesn't work. So, I rolled back to the f-spot-0.1.1 from
f-spot-0.1.3-r1. Results are the same. Then I downgraded to the version
1.1.8.3 and only after this I got f-spot working properly.
Is there any chance to have f-spot working on mono-1.1.9.2 ?
