Another option that might make sense would be PAGE-UP, PAGE-DOWN, since those are near each other on pretty much all keyboards right?

Perhaps greater than and less than (< and >) ?
And, at least on American keyboards, comma and period since they are
on the same keys as [greater|less] than.

Can the internationalization mechanisms handle resetting keyboard shortcuts?
