Sorry I thought I had removed the makefile.am,  It is gone now.

For the foreseeable future and perhaps until gtk# 2.0 is officially
released, f-spot will be sticking to gtk# 1.0.  I had moved it to 1.9
because I was told it would be ready soon, but things have been delayed
so we are back to 1.0.
