Spanish translation

Assuming no one has already started, I would like to begin the Spanish translation of F-Spot; I faithfully followed the
link in the Get Involved page, but became helplessly lost in the administrativa of the
GNOME Translation Project. What files do I need to translate from
English to Spanish?
