f-spot announcements list, please?

I am very excited for the development of f-spot, but I have found that the daily emails concerning the deatails of the project is too much for me. I would love to subscribe to an announcement email list for the project. Will someone please create such a list and send out a single email for each of the development releases and other big news? Thanks!
