Gallery2 Patch

I have created a patch that allows F-Spot to export to Gallery2. How
do I need to go about submitting these?

My patch replaces all of the existing Gallery1 bindings. I really
think it would be best to have the user select which version of
gallery they are running when they add a new account. I did not do
that but I can if that is what needs to be done.
