[evolution-patches] [Mail]: Work around for Courier imap's LSUB response

Hey,

There have been a lot of issues reported where the INBOX contents are
not visible
when upgrading. When i looked at the server response this was because 
of Courier IMAP server returning a LSUB response which was 

received: * LSUB (\Noselect \HasChildren) "." "INBOX"

This is a old bug the fix for which was commented out in the code
as it was a kludge. I uncommented out the code and attached the diff 
to the bug http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=228929
