There are two separate things here.
On the top of the context menu is "Edit user", which when clicked shows
up contact-editor or contact-list-editor widget, wherein you can
actually make changes to the contact or contact-list. So you can
actually edit the mailing list or contact.
(This feature is required here or not is debatable)

Then below that after the separator is the section where you can decide
which address (es) to send the mail to.
