Well, in the context menus for mailing list and contacts, the use of the
word "Edit" is really unfortunate.  You're not editing the actual
mailing list or contact.  you're just deciding which address(es) to send
the mail to.

Also, I intensely dislike the fact that this puts clickable buttons on
both sides of the text field.  And the fact that the scrollable dropdown
duplicates functionality already found in the select names chooser
dialogs.  Why not alter the behavior of the dialog - make it behave like
a popup, make it a lot leaner screen real estate wise, and make it
directly (and only) applicable to the button you clicked (i.e. When you
click the To: button, it only allows you to modify the To: field).

The point being there's no reason to have two wildly different ways to
modify the contents of the field, when we could have one that works.
