Hi,
attached is a new patch which adds the mssing i18n stuff to the providers.
It's done in the same way as in the Exchange provider.
If you think this is OK now, please commit this patch.

If the bindtextdomain thing is all that is needed, then that can just be done in camel_init() (they are all camel providers afterall), and the translation_domain just needs to be initialised in each provider.
