The patch looks good. That FIXME below is not needed. Since we will only
be supporting only one GAL anyway. Have a look at
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=21029

So you should actually be breaking from the loop after finding GAL.
Please commit after making that change, and dont forget the ChangeLog :)
