Another idea: Search Folders/vFolders should have a different icon from
regular mail folders.  I'm thinking of a little magnifying glass, to
distinguish them from a folder icon, hopefully giving the user a
stronger notion that this isn't a regular container.  (Then the icon for
creating a new one would be a magnifying glass with an overlaid plus
sign)
