Because the behavior changes, and we need to make it more obvious to the
uesr, what is actually going to happen. One might expect "Reply" to
include the entire message, though only the selected text will be
quoted. I can change "Quoted" to something more appropriate, but I can't
think of a better term to use at the moment. We should definately make
this more obvious to the user though.
