Almost forgot, there are two minor issues i'm looking:
1) Why the import progress dialog does not show up above the wizard
2) Why if you go to the importer page and then go back and cause a
dialog rebuild (ie by changing the send method) and then go back to the
importers page, the control is de-sensitized.
