I don't think so. If you're using the preview pane, the amount of
vertical area is going to mean that there will almost always be a
vertical scrollbar in both the message list, and the preview pane.
For people like myself, having the scrollbar be there always looks
weird, since a lot of mail is short enough, that the external mail
display window has enough space to render it without the scrollbar.
