Looks fine. Can you pl. add a comment to the code to capture the
information that this is just a best-effort message in the absence of a
more specific server error code? Once the mail items are removed from
the Calendar folder as soon as they are handled (or just allow permitted
options like decline/decline tentatively) - this would be rendered
superfluous.
