I thought we never wanted to.  I certainly don't want to.  I think its pretty annoying and generally sucks.

The problem becomes worse if you then separate out components, which I thought was the eventual goal, particularly if more components get added (hah, that's likely).  e.g. why configure all components if you just want to fire off a mail.
