> No, AFAIK you're right. Since you were very busy with the 2.0 release then, and (I think) this patch did not actually fix any serious problems (mainly cleanups), I just left it there. Don't know whether it still applies cleanly nowadays, I guess not, but I could polish the thing up a bit and re-submit it.
