[evolution-patches] Seeking Further Suggestions

I don't think Shift+Ctrl is a good candidate here. As you can see when 
you open
the submenu File->New, there are already too many accelerator keys using it.
If we insist using Shift+Ctrl, I'm afraid the accelerator keys won't be 
intuitive.
What do you think, Rodrigo?
