Why does it need to change from a non-editable entry to a label?

Also i'm not sure we want instant apply for each keystroke.  Is that really how instant apply is supposed to work?  It could do quite a lot of work for each keystroke otherwise.

Can't we just drop the Cancel button?  The inline disposition makes no difference to the ui, and the filename isn't really that important to change instantly is it?
