The hold up is the tight time schedule and the fact we didn't have a UI
designer for almost 2 months.  I'm also a bit hesitant give the
vagueness of certain things in the HIG and the fact that some of it
can't be implemented with standard gtk+ widgets (ie the separator stuff
in the dialogs).
