The rule is generally given as something like "except for articles,
modifies, and prepositions *of three letters or less*".
Eg, searching Amazon for books with "this" in the title, we see:
* Out of This World
* Gifts from a Course in Miracles: Accept This Gift, a Gift of
Peace, a Gift of Healing
* Kundalini and the Chakras: A Practical Manual-Evolution in This
Lifetime
* Becoming Native to This Place
* etc
In other words, Amazon thinks I'm having karmic difficulties.
So anyway, "On This Computer", but "On the Web".
