The extra column is for specifying whether the header should be
displayed bold or not, rather than for enabling or disabling 
showing that header. Would you like me to change it so that it's 
an enable / disable option (might be confusing as they can also 
"disable" the header by clicking the remove button) or should I 
get rid of the column entirely?
