I do see the point in Anna's wish to get other users opinions and
respect this.

However, I don't see how that could actually be an issue to others. A
disabled account is just this: disabled. IMHO that applies to the whole
account and not only receiving and displaying (but sending). I already
have explained my point of view in the bug more than once.

I think, being presented with *disabled* accounts will be weird and
confusing to more users, than not being present with accounts disabled
on the explicit will of the user.


Seems, although the patch is done (thanks, Jeff :) we missed 1.4.1 due
to rescheduling...

I suggest 1.4.2 instead of 1.6.
