Looks like text to me ... :)  All the other date strings are localised
afaik, so it would make sense I think.

Yeah I had a look at that, but it doesn't look very appropriate, seconds
aren't needed.

I don't know where the message-list gets its time format from, or if it
is even localised, or just forced to am/pm.

But this patch looks ok anyway, i'll add the translation thing and pop
it in.
