OK. That surprised me -- I would have said that most people would be
happier with the (ambiguous but local) three-letter abbreviation for
their own localtime.
It also helps the clueful distinguish between daylight savings and
winter timezones, should they care. But it's the numbers which save me
the most time -- I'm not going to argue too hard about what else we
include.
