I think it's good to have _some_ indication of the timezone in there,
for two reasons:
1. It makes it 100% clear to the new user what it's there for and what
it means.
2. It means that even when you print mails and look at them later, it's
still useful since you don't have to remember what timezone your laptop
was in when you printed it.
If you don't want tm_zone and the autoconf magic, can we at least
include the numeric timezone? Times without zone info are bad.
