My worry is that, besides the string changes (which is not a big deal),
these dialogs are going to look inconsistent with all the rest of
Evolution since we are not HIGifying the frames anywhere else.

So I think we should just stick to the spacing changes for now (like we
said we would do, and we did for the rest of Evolution), and postpone
the frame/bolding changes to later -- since it's unlikely that we are
going to find the time to also fix all the frames in the rest of the app
for 1.4 (although we should indeed fix them at some point).
