Did you read through that bug report?


It was closed as "Not Gnome" by Milan - it appears to be an Ubuntu
specific bug and is filed at 

  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/1983794

The Ubuntu people are working on a fix, but it isn't fixed yet. It's
not an issue with Evolution per se.
