[Evolution] Evolution Windows 10 build query

Hello,

Although I have got evolution working through WSL2/Ubuntu & VcXsrv I want to know if it is currently possible to build it on Windows 10 using MSYS2. 

Are there any build instructions that are more up to date than the readme.txt in the win32 folder?

(https://github.com/GNOME/evolution/tree/master/win32/readme.txt) (last update four years ago)

It says:

	* Note the build itself is outdated also due to *
	* no WebKit2 of WebKitGTK+ for Windows. *
	* It is waiting for: *

Should I try with WinCairo?
