could you provide a small screenshot, just of that part of the message
preview, please?

Also, if there's a gap, is it possible to select that gap by mouse
(like when you drag & drop to select a text), and then copy&paste it
elsewhere? Just checking whether the text is there, only not visible,
or whether it's missing completely.
