[Evolution] Reply but include attachments

Hi

A feature I've been wanting for many years is to be able to Reply or
Reply All and include the attachments in the reply. By default, the
reply function does not include the attachment.

Is there a way that I've overlooked, or is this a new feature?

My current version is: 
evolution-3.40.4-2.fc34.x86_64
