[Evolution] When sending an event the attachment of it wouldn't be send

I created a meeting which has a attachment. But when I send the meeting
to the attendees, the attachment wouldn't be sent. And also, when I
received a meeting invitation which contains attachment, accepting the
invitation will add an event to calendar, but the attachment wouldn't.
