Evo does not use the KDE wallet as it's a GTK application. It uses the
Gnome Keyring. However it's perfectly possible to use Evolution under
KDE, in fact it's what I do myself (with Fedora). gnome-keyring-d runs
fine with the GTL libraries. You can manage the passwords using
seahorse.
