It may not be exactly the same problem, but when I try to print to my Epson ET-4750, I get . "Printing failed.  That printer works fine with every other Linux/Ubuntu 20.10 software on my DELL VOSTRO 3500 laptop.  I posted the problem to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/1215 .

No it does not. This thread is about the error message "Printer was not
found". That is a different error message than what you posted.

Please post different problems in separate threads.
