No, you should not.

As mentioned in another post, the path to the accels file is wrong if

you're using a kde desktop.  It houls be ./configkde, ot ./config. 

Perhsps other will be helped by this.

That must be a peculiarity of your distro. Evolution is part of Gnome

and has nothing to do with KDE, so putting it under a KDE-related

directory makes no sense. (I use Evo with KDE on Fedora and the config

information is correct).
