Anyone is welcome to file feature requests and bug reports by following

(People are also very free to leave their suggestions for some piece of
software on a blackboard in the supermarket or pin them on a tree in
the park, but that usually makes it less likely that their suggestions
will be seen by people who actually work on that piece of software. :)
