Is there any way to get evolution to do a 'resync' of mail server
cache?
Hi,
yes, it is. It depends what account type you have, but most accounts
connecting remote servers use ~/.cache/evolution/mail/<account-uid>/
to store its local cache there. More can be seen here:
https://help.gnome.org/users/evolution/stable/data-storage.html.en
It seems like the relationship between the message list and the
message bodies is out of sync, when I click on an email with a
certain subject, the body shown is from a completely different
message.
This used to be a bug in the past. What version of evolution is this
about? What account type?
Bye,
Milan
Hi Milan,
It is Evolution version 3.26.6, and the account type is IMAPX+SMTP.
Is it safe to delete the cache to force it to rebuild it?
Kind regards,
Phil
