I'm not sure I understand what you mean with the "disabled" state. For
me "disabled" means "I can see it, but I cannot do changes in it",
while "hidden", eventually "being off", means "cannot see it, but if I
use some menu option, then it's shown and I can fill it".
I guess you mean it's hidden.
It is shown by default when you create meetings, not appointments.
