[Evolution] Include signature in new messages only?

Hi.

I have checked "Include signature in new messages only" under Composer Pref, but when I reply to an email, 
the signature is still included. Is this a
known bug or am I misunderstanding it's use?

This is for an Exchange account using EWS and version 3.26.3 under Arch.
