[Evolution] handling attached pdf files

I very often receive attached pdf files. I'm used to open them with
evince, but this is not so handy, these are the steps I normally
perform:

 * click the little triangle at the very bottom of the message
 * double-click the file icon

As the triangle is very small, I have to pay more attention than I
actually want...

Inline the message there is another icon (right arrow pointing to a
file icon) - at the very bottom. Is there a possibility to place it at
the top of the message? - Anyway - when I click it, nothing happens.
Should it?

I can only click the arrow-down right besides and then choose evince
from a long list. Again too much attention.

I'd love a easy one-click- or even one keyboard key solution for
opening a pdf attachment - could someone give me a hint?
