OK probably a silly question but what else do you expect from me :-)
DKIM has nothing to do with signing. It's a header that validates the
source domain of the message, not the content. It's intended to prevent
source address spoofing.
Evo can sign using PGP or S/MIME and the details are different. PGP
puts a signature block at the end of the content. I've not used S/MIME
so can't tell what it does.
